How Fatigue can Cause Health Problems and Even Death

Working too long under high pressure without rest causes health problems such as stress, depression, fatigue, and even death. How it relates? If stress is not managed properly, it can lead to depression. If you have been depressed, then the chances of experiencing fatigue is even greater. If it is worsened by not enough sleeping at that night or before work  and eating carelessly, it can cause serious illness such as hearth attack, brain hemmorhage, and even sudden death😱. Not only works, but also play video games (when condition are not under pressure) all day without stopping can cause health problems and even sudden death. It happens because the body experience excessive fatigue and forced to work beyond its capabilities, so the body will protest in its own way such as illness and even sudden death. The researchers argue that hormones (kortisol and epinephrine) which is released when stressed+depressed contributes to hearth problems, especially for overtime workers. Another example, based on true story, I found of someone who was workaholic and likes heavy exercise in the same day. After being worked, he even exercised such as futsal with his friend. At night he felt his chess ache immedeately fell down. Not long after, he died because of hearth attack. Even tough he was an athletic posture and always adopt a healthy diet. One mistake that he could not measure his own's body ability, so the body would protest in its own way😱.

If you experience fatigue and keep working/exercise without resting, your hearth will work harder than usual. The exercise in question with high intensity (such as fitness, futsal, running, etc). In a state of fatigue and stress+depress condition, you should immediately rest or your hearth is in a dangerous condition. According to Medical Director from Stanford Cardiovascular Health, Alan Young, that someone who has a high level of stress will experience an increase in hearth rhytm and blood pressure (source: time.com). These conditions cause hearth problems, especially for someone who has history of hearth disease, even genetically.

There are times you have to endure too tiring work (include pro gamer which requires games all day). So, this is the solutions:
1. Eat healthy snacks in the middle of work
2. Drink water to avoid dehydration, avoid sugary and alcoholic drinks
3. Limit drinking tea, coffee, and caffeinated drinks. Excessive caffeine is not good for the hearth
4. Enough sleep before work (8 hours). Take a nap and massaged if body is tired
5. Provide eye drops for tired eyes
6. Breathe deeply when saturated
7. Don't work too seriously, slip smart humor and listen soothing music
8. Don't get stuck in the seat while working, move, walk, and light exercise occasionally
9. Request support from the family and other closest person. Not good if the problems is buried alone
10. Positive thinking
11. Consult a doctor if the body condition does not improve
12. Always remember worship and pray to God😇

  7. Thank you for jumping over to my blog and leaving such a nice comment. Yes, I love all my pets, even those that are not mine with a passion. I love animals. I am far from being a workaholic and up until Jan I had been able to let go of all stress in my life, except for the little day things. Lost mom in Jan and life has become a struggle in so many ways, hence comes the stress, the depression and trying to heal my innerself. Thanks for the article.

    1. Your problem is sleep quality connected with your age. I suggest you exercise lightly such as jogging, aerobics, etc in the morning or evening. Beside that avoid caffeine. I hope you don't get insomnia. Thx for sharing

    I am also obliged to be smart in managing my break, and seems to limit my vacation every day on work holidays.

  21. I always listening to music with a just enough volume to relax my brain while working. First, I find it difficult as sometimes I just lose myself deep inside the song played but finally i could manage to have a right volume so i still can listening to it without reducing my working performance. great article you shared. you deserve my follow.

The good type of music that is soft, soothing, and increases brain intelligence as well, such as pop music, classics, jazz, religion, etc. If you can sing or play a musical instrument it's good to take the time for the musical hobby when you are saturated.   22. fatique is very danger for such activities: driving, working on height, operating heavy equipments such as drilling, welding, cutting steel by fire and many others. That are identified hazards defined.

    But if you just sitting and typing an article then you feel going asleep, we called it low risk you may even sleep as soon as possible when your working desk so close into the bedroom. :)

    1. Yes, I agree. But low risk can be high risk if the work pressure and deadlines are so large as election officials. They are afraid of being punished and prosecuted if they are not on target so they ignore the break. I call it inhuman work I don't think it's worth the salary. Thx for sharing

    Thank you for this article. We have a family goal to work on stress management this summer. We all need it. Frequent exercise and simply getting outside regularly both definitely help me. I've made a conscious effort with water recently, too. I hadn't thought of it as stress relief but I'm going to claim it as such now!

    1. Yes, it is. First, it can cause tired -> stress -> depression -> sick. If it do not solve soon by expert, it can cause death. Not only does it work excessively, but also exercising and playing games excessively are dangerous for health. Thx for visiting

  30. Tulisannya butuh pemisahan untuk paragraf. Jadinya seakan satu paragraf panjang. Dari segi ukuran huruf dan spasi sudah lebuh baik lagi. Dan dari segi judul untuk kata penghubung "dan" sebaiknya huruf awal jangan kapital. Yang dalam judul tidak kapital adalah "dan, yang, bahkan, tetapi/tapi, dan ada lagi lainnya dari buku digital PUEBI. Bisa diunduh gratis di internet. Semangat.

    1. Mantap sarannya. Sebenarnya saya mempelajari kaidah penulisan beberapa blogger senior. Dari situ saya simpulkan: untuk membuat paragraf baru cukup dikosongkan satu baris (tidak perlu awal paragraf menjorok ke dalam), judul boleh menggunakan huruf kapital semua untuk menarik perhatian, judul dibuat sesimpel mungkin tapi bikin penasaran, setuju font huruf & spasi untuk tampilan desktop diperbesar, setiap kata jangan disingkat, penulisan bahasa sesuai kaidah tapi harus kekinian & tidak kaku agar disenangi pembaca (setiap blogger punya ciri khasnya), istilah asing ditulis miring, kalau copas cantumkan sumbernya, bahkan sampai memperhatikan Alexa rank juga bagaimana agar peringkatnya cepat ramping. Ok bu, saya coba unduh & mempelajari tentang PUEBI. Semua masukan ibu saya pelajari untuk perbaikan blog ini. Thx for your advices on my blog. Success for your blog too
